The 31 Days of Writing Challenge continues. It’s Day 30 – 31 of my 31 Days of Gratitude.

It’s the last day of my 31 Days of Gratitude! It has been a difficult but a fun venture. I was hoping to have a nice reflective post to end the series but instead it is the end of a lovely Halloween day. The kids had a lot of fun at their school Halloween party and mini carnival. We had plans to go trick or treating later but it has been raining all day – not the usual sprinkles but a steady downpour. Since the kids already had sacks of candy from school we stayed indoors and watched movies instead. Right now the kids are fast asleep and I am on the couch watching Death at Pemberley with Brian and my own parents. I love having them here. It was a last minute whim that I invited them up but they were able to come. Having them to myself for the weekend is a blessing. For that, I am truly grateful.
