IΒ literally only have a 20 minute window until we need to go visit Opa so I am doing a quickie post with Kendra’s fun Answer Me This! π
1. How did you celebrate the 4th of July? (Or, for you international types . . . Do anything fun this weekend?)
Point Lobos, CA
We originally planned to go hiking at Point Lobos because it’s gorgeous and it’s our family tradition to hike and picnic there but even though we got there earlyish it was ALREADY packed. The parking lot was full and there were about 100 cars lined up and down the street. Forget it. We’ll go back when the tourists leave. Instead we ran back home, grabbed our beach gear and headed to the beach instead.
Matthew and Andrew loved playing in the sand and splashing in the water.
John-Paul, on the other hand, is not a lover of nature. He didn’t care about the beautiful view or the fact that we saw dolphins swimming in the ocean. He just wanted to know when we could get away from the sun, wind, sand, water and insects. Sigh. He’d drive me crazy if he wasn’t so cute. π
As for fireworks, a few years ago they stopped doing the public show in Monterey. (Besides, most years the fog was so thick you couldn’t see them anyway.) Private fireworks are banned so we’d have to drive out of town to find any. Brian and I discussed it for about a minute or so but since the kids are getting ready for bed by 7:30 and asleep by 8 PM, we had no desire to search for them. Let’s face it, the party life is over for us. We’re much happier watching Daredevil on Netflix with a scoop ofΒ celebratory ice cream.
2. Do you sunburn easily?
Not really since I’m Hispanic, although I did burn my back a little at Lake Tahoe. Brian and I were just talking about this. The areas of me that don’t see the sun – like my stomach and lower chest are close to white. But my arms and legs, at this point of summer, are dark brown/Indian red. I’m a gringo underneath my clothes but have a lovely Mexican farmer-tan on the rest of me. LOL.
3. Hot dogs. Yay or nay?
I don’t mind a hotdog but we’ve gotten used to eating turkey dogs made with white meat and no nitrates. They are tasty but you must eat them as soon as they are cooked or else they turn into a hard, shriveled mess. But anything cooked over an open flame it pretty much delicious!
4. Have you ever personally set off fireworks?
I don’t remember lighting one myself, unless you count the sparklers I played with as a kid. Like, I said earlier, they are banned here. We are content to wait until Thanksgiving for our annual trip to Disneyland to see an awesome fireworks show. LOL.
5. Have you ever jumped off the high dive?
Β No. And at my age, I am content to play at the shore of the beach.
6. Do you do anything weird in your sleep?
I don’t know since I’m sleeping…but I did ask Brian and he said no. However, sometimes to help myself fall asleep I lie (or is it lay?) on my stomach and rock my foot back and forth until I dose off. Is that weird enough?
Okay, times up. Did you have a fun 4th? Are you allowed to light fireworks?? Hope it was fun!
Growing up, I always pictured Lake Tahoe as a winter destination. Being a native Californian, I had no desire to spend any length of time in Tahoe’s snow. However, after Brian and I got married his parents bought a time share at Lake Tahoe and invited us to join them for a summer trip.
We were newly married and Bella had just turned a year old and weΒ had a lot of fun! My in-laws can no longer make the trips so they passed on the time share to Brian.
ThirteenΒ years and four kids later, it has become a much anticipated yearly trip, minus the couple of years we were busy giving birth to babies and such. Since we aren’t winter sports people, we have found activities to do with the kids during the summer months. Here are our five favorite things to do at Lake Tahoe with kids.
Β ~ 1 ~
Taylor Creek Visitor Center
We first found the Taylor Creek Visitor Centerwhen we were looking for an easy trail where grandparents, toddlers and strollers were welcome. Since then, it has been an annual excursion. It is located in South Lake Tahoe off Hwy 89. They have a visitor center and four trails but we always go on the Rainbow Trail.
The kids enjoy reading the signs and seeing the different areas…
Such as meadows and marshes.
Some years the water was flowing.
The stream had a lot less water this year but it was still pretty.
Mount Tallac
At the half way point of the trail, there is the Stream Profile Center, a small museum like room where glass walls give you a look at the creek below the surface.
In summer the trout are juvenile but in the fall you can see the salmon run.
We haven’t gone on the official tour but we enjoy the scenery…
…and walking the trail.
There is also access to Lake Tahoe, if you prefer to picnic and swim there.
~ 3 ~
Magic Carpet Mini-Golf
We don’t have any traditional mini-golf courses here in Monterey so when the kids saw Magic Carpet Golf in Lake Tahoe, they were eager to go there.
There are three courses.
Last year we tried the Dinosaur one, which the boys loved!
This year we tried the Storybook course and it was fun.
Next year we will try the Castle course.
~ 4 ~
Tahoe Paradise Park
Last year we were looking for a park that had a playground for the kids to play and we found Tahoe Paradise Park.
It is tucked away in a residential area and feels secluded, which is nice since it’s never been overcrowded.
At first I wondered if it was in a “safe” area but there were a number of other moms and dads with little kids there so we were put at ease.
Once you go through the gates, if you pass the lake and tennis courts and head to the back parking lot to the right, you will find the playground, picnic areas and fields.
This year we packed a lunch and grilled BBQ sliders.
This was the view from the picnic tables. The only negative thing was that there was only a port-a-potty. Needless to say, we held it until we got home. π If you go beyond the trees you will find the banks of the Upper Truckee River. The kids weren’t interested in going through the brush to find it but I was able to get this shot. Again, the water was lower this year but still pretty.

Pope Beach
Saving the best for last, our favorite Tahoe activity is, of course, playing in the gorgeous blue water of Lake Tahoe! There are numerous spots were you can gain access to the lake but our hands down favorite is Pope Beach off of Hwy 89 in South Lake Tahoe. Most years, it has not been very crowded, although this year it was really busy with the heat wave, but not to the point where it lessened out fun.
We usually get there early and find a picnic area with a grill so we can make hotdogs and smores.
We set up our tables them park our beach chairs farther down, closer to the water. There the kids can splash or build sand castles with Brian.
Unlike the ocean, that freaks me out with it’s strong waves and drop offs, the shore of the lake is shallow and calm.
The kids loved it, except for my one sand-phobic boy (cough…JP) who takes after his dad. π
We had so many fond memories at Lake Tahoe and it is fun to look at the photos and watch our family grow over the years. Recently we started inviting my parents to join us so the kids still have a set of grandparents (and sometimes an aunt and uncle) join us. I look forward to many more years to enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe as a family. π
I have a little free time to post today because I am on vacation at beautiful Lake Tahoe. We’ve had a full day and now we are back a the hotel relaxing and trying to cool down. (We are used to temps in the 60’s, not 90’s.)
Grateful…
For a safe trip to Lake Tahoe.
That my mom and dad could join us for the trip.
That I spent Father’s Day with two of my fave dads – Brian and my own daddy.
For vacations in general. I need this recharge!
Praying for…
The tired, the weary and the overworked.
For the safety of all travelers.
For those suffering from hatred and injustice.
Some special intentions.
Pondering…
I’m pondering just how much I love this man. There’s nothing like a vacation to slow you down and help you to realize what matters most in life. This morning I woke up and stumbled out of bed looking like I’ve been living out in the wild for weeks, yet Brian treats me like I’m the prettiest woman in the world. That’s just crazy. Love has a way of seeing beyond the exterior and allows you to see the beauty that others don’t always see. I’m blessed, so blessed to be the love if this man’s life. I don’t know a better man or better best friend. Happy (late) Father’s Day to my sweetheart and my own Daddy that I am blessed to be with this week! π
Around the Hotel…
My home this week is a hotel suite and I’ve been trying to keep it orderly.
My mom walked into the room and said, this can’t be the Rol family’s room. All the jackets are hung up and the shoes are lined up neatly. I know, right! (Just don’t don’t go in the bathroom. You could then tell who was living here.) π
Family Chit Chat…Road Trip: Lake Tahoe
I have to stop posting to make dinner so Bella said she would fill you in on the family chit chat. Take it away Bella…
Hello! Right now the Rol family is at Lake Tahoe, along with our Grandma and Grandpa. One day we went on a nice walk and had a picnic. My mom took some nice pictures from our walk, so you will probably see them sometime soon.Β (Bobbi’s note: I added some in.) π
It’s actually going to be pretty hot this week. The highest is 90 degrees! Hopefully we will be able to get some ice cream this week. π
Another day we went to a park in the forest. My brothers played on the playground then my mom and I went searching for a little stream behind the trees. Afterwards my Grandma and Grandpa made BBQ sliders. It was delicious.
I’m having a really great time!
My brothers enjoyed kicking the HUGE pine cones that were around on one of the trails.
Bella and Andrew with Opa in 2009
The pine cones reminded me of my Opa because whenever I came over to his house when I was little we always had a pine cone throwing contest to see who could throw the pine cone the farthest. Right now we are resting in our hotel room.
Maybe I should tell you a little bit about myself. Here are a few of my favorite things. Colors –Β blue and pink. Book series – Divergent, Hunger Games and Dork Diaries. Social Media Apps – Instagram and Twitter. Movie – Divergent. Musicals – Aladdin on Broadway, Newsies, Sound of Music, and Wicked. Seasons – Fall (only because its my birthday) and Winter. These are just a few of my favorite things, but I would probably take up a whole page typing everything! I hope you enjoyed my post. Hopefully my Mom will let me have a blog someday! May God bless you! (Bobbi’s note: Bella just did a happy dance when I told her I would help her set up her own blog. Like mother, like daughter.)Β π
In the Kitchen…
Thankfully our hotel has a good sized kitchen so we’ve been able to cook our meals. However, the fridge is getting full so it’s leftovers night – chicken, spaghetti and meatballs or sliders with a green salad and chocolate chip cookies and mint ice cream for dessert. Yum!
Β Watching…
(On Netflix) Brian and I are still watching Daredevil. We love it except for the violence. I don’t mind seeing a zombie on the The Walking Dead get slaughtered since it is not human but I don’t want to see the portrayal of a person getting literally slaughtered. I am very visual so I turn away from the more violent scenes. It doesn’t gross me out or anything, I just don’t want it to desensitize me.
Did I also mention that I am binge watching Gilmore Girls. How have I never seen this before?? Actually I think it first came on when Brian and I were nearly married and didn’t have cable yet. Well, I’ve made up for lost time and have gone through the first six seasons. Now I am trying to slow down and savor the last season. I love binge watching until I get to the end of my show! Grr.
(At the Movies)
Last week I saw San Andreas, which forced me to face the a Californian’s worse nightmare. To be honest with you even more than the earthquake, I am more scared of the tsunamis that follow, especially since I live in a tsunami zone. Anyway, I was really reluctant to go see it because I usually dislike the cliched disaster movies that are so over the top and predicable, it hurts to watch. (I’m looking at you 2012.) However, a number of people told me it was worth watching (including my mom) so I gave it a try. They were right. It is not Academy Award material, but as a summer popcorn flick, it is perfect. There is plenty of action but it is not completely overblown. There is just enough chessiness in the disaster related dialogue to make it a guilty pleasure but there is also a heart warming family story that digs deeper that most action flicks. My only complaint was the way they made one of the characters do a 180 in personality. He started out fine and then out of the blue, he is an idiot. (I was thinking a different word but I’ll keep it clean.)Β Perhaps it was supposed to show how pressure situations bring out the real character of a person. Secondly, I wished they had ended the show with the main character getting back to work and saving people other than his immediate family but there are enough positive moments so even those points can be overlooked. (Parent note: Lots of peril and people being killed, although nothing graphic. Some language.)
Next on the movie list, Brian and I have a date night on Friday to watch Jurassic Park. I hope it is as good as everyone has been telling me! π
I finished reading Dear Mr. Knightley: A Novel. I am trying to figure out what I feel about it. At first it was a little weird since it was written as a series of letters from an young adult (dealing with a difficult past)addressed to the benefactor that is paying for her schooling and giving her a chance at a better life. The main character, Samantha, avoids the harsh reality of her life by escaping into books. Her conversation is filled with quotes from beloved novels by authors such as Austen and Bronte. At times the habit is endearing but eventually you want to see her speak her own mind and not just imitate the words of another. As she grows and matures, she learns how to do this. As I continued to read, the story became more interesting and I couldn’t put it down. However, the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. At a pivotal moment, Samantha reverted back to her quoting persona and then we are expected to forgive a main character for a terrible decision he made. Part of me was willing to forgive and the other part of me was thinking – hell to the no. However, 99% of the time I root for a happy ending… I just wish it was obtained in a different manner. That being said, I still enjoyed it and will be looking at other titles by this author. I rate the book 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
Β You still have until the end of the month to join the RoL Pinterest Party & Link-up. The link-up is open for new or old posts. π
Here are some Instagrams I’ve taken these past two weeks.
1. #projectblessed – Sunset. It’s almost sunset at Lake Tahoe.
2. #projectblessed – Starts with M. Me & Matthew, 3 monkeys in bed and Mount Tallac near Lake Tahoe. #laketahoesummertrip2015
3. The morning was filled with chaos and stress and an airplane seat would be spacious compared to all the suitcases surrounding us in the van but the egg and bacon burritos are ready to kick off our #laketahoesummertrip2015
4. I’m in love with this package from @bigwhitefarmhouse and I haven’t even opened it up yet!
5.#projectblessed – Doodle. I’m sorting through the kids paper doodles and artwork. This one is in the keep pile.
6. #projectblessed – Home. Be it ever so messy (and weird) there’s no place like home. #angrybirdstarwarslegos
7. Time for Sacred Heart sundaes.
8. #projectblessed – Begins with F. The sick bug has caught up with me and I finally have a chance to sit and rest. Today’s photo prompt immediately reminded me of Sense & Sensibility and Mrs Jennings trying to figure out who is the famous Mr F.
9. #projectblessed – Shadows & Cross.
So that’s what I’ve been up to lately! What about you? What’s currently happening in your life? Will you be doing any traveling? Do share.
I was supposed to post this Friday but I was too busy with school events! Oh, well. I’m linking up with Kelly for 7 Quick Takes and Jenny for Online Daybook Journal.

Grateful…
That John-Paul is back in school after a week of being ill.
For sunshine after days and days of gray gloom.
That there are only three school days until summer vacation.
For unexpected acts of kindness.
Praying for..
Those who are being persecuted for their faith.
That I don’t take my faith (or God’s grace) for granted.
All the students who are graduating and for their future ventures.
Those who are ill, especially for those fighting cancer, and that Brian remains cancer-free.
All pregnant moms, those trying to get pregnant, those who have lost their babies and for moms contemplating an abortion.
The souls in purgatory, especially family, friend and those most forgotten.
Some special intentions.
Pondering…
Last week I got an email from a sweet reader named Vanessa and it really brightened my day. I kept thinking about this one line she wrote.
“Thanks for giving other moms a peek into your life! Sometimes all we need is to know we’re not alone in this.”
I could not agree more!! What is that saying? “Motherhood is not for wimps!” (Or it could have been, “Pass me the chocolate. STAT!”) Either way, I am always encouraged when I hear/read about another mom share her triumphs and her trials. I am eager to rejoice with her or to give her a shoulder to cry on.
I remember awhile ago when a friend confided in me with some struggles she was having interiorly.Β I was a little shocked, not because of what she said, but because in my eyes she was Mrs. Happy Super Catholic Mom and I envied her more than once. Once I took her off the pedestal I saw her for who she really was – a mom that has done amazing work but who also struggles in different areas of her life. I’ve felt a lot closer to her since then. I also stopped imagining that other people have this “perfect” life.
All of us Catholic moms, no… Make that all of us Catholic women should have a sort of kindred spirit. We are all in this fight together and no matter where we are in our vocation or circumstances in life, we all need support, respect and encouragement to be the women of God that we’re meant to be.
So thanks for reaching out to me, Vanessa. It meant a lot.
My challenge to you who happens to be reading this, go reach out to someone who could use a kind word or a hug of encouragement. π

Around the House…
Yeah, you don’t even want to look around my house because I’ve been gone all week and am sooo behind. Yesterday Andrew had to wear pajamas when he got home from school because there were literally no more clean clothes to wear. Thankfully, this weekend I did a lot of catching up! My kids happen to still be in pajamas but it is strictly by choice, I swear! π
Family Chit Chat…
Thursday was Matthew’s last day at pre-school. We have been attending the same pre-school for the past decade. All four kids are alumni and today was our last official day there. Next year Matthew will attend the big kids school in the Pre-K (or Transitional Kindergarten) class. It will be our one year to have all four kids in the same school before Bella goes off to high school. High school! Gosh, that really freaks me out! We are entering a whole new era in our family and I’m not quite sure how I feel about that! π
Today is a special day because it is my sweet Andrew’s birthday! Eight years ago, after years of secondary infertility and two miscarriages, God finally blessed us with the gift of Andrew’s life. He can be funny and crazy but he is more often my soulful child who likes to ponder and think about deep subjects. He reminds me so much of Brian and I pray he grows up to be a good and holy man like his father. I love you, sweetie boy!

In the Kitchen…
I haven’t picked out my new recipe to try this week yet. Any suggestions? I’ve got a lot of chicken in the freezer. Actually, I also have a bag of red potatoes to use up. Hmm…a recipe is starting to formulate. I’ll keep you posted. π

Watching…
(At the Movies) Over the past two weeks I saw two movies.
It has been awhile since I’ve been to a great period drama movie andΒ Far From the Madding Crowd did not disappoint. Honestly, I loved it. I have never read the book (by Thomas Hardy) so I can’t tell you how it compares. The main character Bethsheba Everdene is an independent woman that comes into unexpected wealth. She sets out to prove that she can be a strong and successful mistress of her land despite the conventions of the time. Meanwhile, Everdene is courted by three suitors – a humble farmer, a rich land owner and a dashing soldier. In theory it may seem a little cliched but it works really well and you feel for not only Everdene but for each suitor, in some capacity. I didn’t know how the story was going to end and was holding my breath that there would be some tragic conclusion that would depress me but I was ever so pleased with the way the movie ended. This has definitely fallen into my “Buy the Blu-ray when it is released” category. (Parent note: Adult themes. Some sensuality. A scene of animals dying violently. It was sad but the woman sitting next to me completely freaked and was sobbing.)
The second movie I watched was Tomorrowland. I really, really wanted to like this movie but I came out thinking, meh. The story premise was interesting and the visual effects were stunning at times but in the plot there were too many moments when the movie just lagged and got boring. (Bella literally almost feel asleep on me at a few points.) The ending was getting heavy with it’s soapbox preaching, however, my favorite part of the movie was the last five minutes when they were searching for people who were creativelyΒ making a difference in the world. It was beautiful. It’s too bad there weren’t more moments like that. This has definitely fallen into my “Sat through it once but wouldn’t watch it again” category. (Parent note: The violence is stylized and but it could be unsettling for the youngest viewers.)
(On TV)
This week Brian and I started watching the Netflix series Daredevil. We’ve only seen two episodes so far but we both love it. It is dark and gritty but very well done and it has a touch of Catholicism. I’m interested to see how it develops.
Listening to …
This song is a couple of years old but it is still a favorite and the video is just cool. Plus, John-Paul’s’ Pre-K class lip synched the song today for their end of the year ceremony. Now the song is stuck in my head but thankfully the memory is sweet. π
Reading…
I finally finished The Girl on A Train. I gave it three out of five stars. The story was slightly confusing since it was written from the viewpoint of three women and you had to keep track of each of their points of view and whether is was a flashback or real time but it wasn’t that big of a deal. However, the lives of the women are so depressing, it’s hard not to feel a little down after reading. One is an alcoholic struggling with a number of personal issue. One is sleeping around as she struggling with pain from her past. The third is a home wrecker who has no remorse. That being said, by the time the mystery started unfolding and clues were being gathered, I could not put the book down until I found out what happened. If you were a fan of Gone Girl, then you’d most likely enjoy this story too. (Parent notes: Not for Kids. Sex is mostly implied and not graphic. Some language.)
I was going to pick one of Erica’s posts from Saint Affairs but the girl is on fire and there are too may good posts to choose one. So just head on over and read you last few posts!
Here are some Instagrams I’ve taken these past two weeks.
1. #projectblessed – Plant. I am notorious for killing my plants with neglect. However, now that I’ve put Andrew in charge of watering, they’ve blossomed! No filter.
2. #projectblessed – On the ground. Go into ANY room in our house and you’ll find something similar on the ground. (I didn’t even have to pose it.)
3. #projectblessed – Waking up. Upon waking up I thank God for another day of life and pray for the grace to love Him through the happenings of the day. (Something that has yet to come easy.)
4.#projectblessed – Small. I set my alarm for 9:30am to remind me to pray for a friend at that time. A simple prayer seems so small but those prayers are like drops of water in the ocean. Alone is may not be much, but joined together with others, it goes farther than the eye can see.
5. #projectblessed – It’s time for #BISsisterhood Monday intros and #projectblessed – portrait. I’m Bobbi, wife to Brian, mama to a teen daughter and 3 Jedi aged 7, 5 & 4. I live along the coast of central Cali so I enjoy being outdoors. When I’m indoors I’m blogging at Revolution of Love.com, contributing to BIS, catching a movie or rationalizing why it’s okay for me to put off laundry until tomorrow. The question this week is what are my hopes. Short term: this summer I hope to get my house in order and get rid of the growing clutter. Long term: I hope to love God more deeply, love my husband more selflessly and love my kids more patiently.
6. #projectblessed – Reflection. The last few days have been drizzly but I love raindrops of leaves and the reflections they hold.
7. I feel like I’ve been slacking in the kitchen lately so today I’m making up for lost time. I’ve got pulled pork in the slow cooker, homemade BBQ sauce on the stove and banana bread in the oven. Next up is coconut granola.
8. #projectblessed – What I’m reading & On my table. On my nightstand table is my ridiculous stack of books I was supposed to read by the end of the year but I have a hard time just sticking with one! I’ve been forcing myself to finish one before moving on. Right now it’s “Dear Mr. Knightly.”
9. #projectblessed – Waking up & Listen. I woke up to the sound of birds tweeting. I think they were excited to see a bit of blue sky after days and days of gloom!
So that’s what I’ve been up to lately! What about you? What’s currently happening in your life? Do share.
(Note: This was supposed to be posted yesterday but I literally feel asleep on the couch as I was attempting to get it done. LOL.)
Can you believe it is June already? This past week has been busy, plus JP got impetigo so it has been super fun trying to keep him quarantined so he wouldn’t pass it on to anyone else. Thankfully he is back in school and all seems well. With school winding down, I am hoping to spend a little more time on the blog.
As such, I decided to return to my monthly RoL Pinterest Party!
Join me every first Tuesday of the month as we link up andpin it, createit, and inspireothers to do the same. Recipes and crafty ideas are encouraged but think outside the box too. Think organizing ideas, birthday themes, a cute outfit, a new hairstyle, marriage tips, Catholic inspiration, traveling destinations, a great quote – anything you’d post to Pinterest.
Show us how you didn’t just pin it but brought it to life!
Not on Pinterest? No problem. Link-up your own creation to inspire us so we can pin in to our own boards. Don’t have a post ready? The link-up will be open for a month so there’s still time. Plus, feel free to link up a new post or an older post that hasn’t had much traffic lately. π (If you want to grab the button, scroll to the bottom.)
* * * * *
This past week I felt like I have been completely slacking in the kitchen. To make up for it, on Sunday I pulled out one of my favorite cookbooks to try out two new recipes.
I started following Lisa’s blog 100 Days of Real Food two years ago when Brian was first diagnosed with cancer. It was a struggle to move from fast food and overly processed food to more natural cooking. Luckily, Lisa made the transition much easier with her easy and tasty recipes.
I was excited when her new cookbook came out last year. I know some of the recipes are online but there is something fun about holding a physical book and sitting down and turning real pages so I ordered a copy.
I have been working through the recipes and I have been wanting to make Lisa’s Slow Cooker Pulled Pork and Homemade BBQ sauce. I didn’t change up the recipe at all but added my photos of how it turned out. You can find the original recipe on Lisa’s blog here.
I gathered the ingredients, which were all basic staples (except for the pork roast.)
First I mixed together the seasonings.
Next I added the wet ingredients to the bowl and made a paste. It was poured on top of the roast, which was placed on top of a halved onion.
The dish smelled sooo good as it was cooking. I didn’t want the meat falling into the fatty juice so I moved it over to a plate. I shred the meat up with a fork and cut out all the fat. Next I made a batch of Lisa’s super easy BBQ sauce and poured it all over the meat. (Since the BBQ recipe was not posted online by Lisa, I won’t post it here. You can google another homemade BBQ recipe or buy the cookbook. π ) Was the BBQ sauce good? Well, next time I need to double the batch because the fam licked the bowl clean!
Here is the final product. I had some “days old” whole wheat hamburger buns to finish up so I buttered them and sprinkled them with garlic salt and cooked them in the toaster oven until they were lightly toasted. It was a huge hit. I sent a sandwich over to my MIL so she wouldn’t have to cook that night and even she thought it was great. (When you pass the mother-in-law test, you know it’s good!) π
So, that was the pin I brought to life this week. What have you been creating? Blog about it and link up. Or share about it in the com box.
1. Choose your creation, share about it and snap a photo if you can.
2. In your post, link back the original blogger/idea, rather than your Pinterest pin. That way credit goes to the proper person. π (But feel free to add your Pinterest profile link so we can follow you!)
3. Add a link back here so others can play along.
4. If you want to use it, here is the html code for the logo:
