Today I am linking up with Cari for Theme Thursday: Funny and I’m linking up with Like Mother, Like Daughter for {pretty, happy, funny, real}. ๐
{pretty}
(These three photos were taken with my new Nikon camera. Happy dance, even though I am still getting used to it.) ๐
On Tuesday we went on a nature walk at Point Lobos National Park, CA.
Honeysuckle
After you cleared out of the forest, you could see the ocean below.
{happy}
These will be a little boring unless you are family but my mom will enjoy these Easter pics. ๐

Looking for Easter eggs at Oma and Opa’s house.
My Easter treasures.
{funny & real}
These photos were snapped with my iphone showing that I either don’t feed my kids enough, or they just eat too much.
Where’s that box of cookies I’m supposed to bring to school? Uh oh.
Where’s that pack of cheese I had on the kitchen counter?
It is too quiet. What are the kids up to now?
Beautiful photos! The picture of your little guy sneaking cheese is too cute.
Stopping by from{p.h.f.r}
Hi Monique, Iโm glad you liked the photos. My little guyโs cuteness is the only thing that saves him many times! Haha. Thanks for stopping by!
Oh does that happen around here! The worst is when it happens right after dinner, like whatever I served somehow needs a cornflake and peanut butter chaser. The worst.
Your kids look spiffy and so so cute. And there are no words for that scenery, have fun with the new camera!
Oh my your funny photos really did make me giggle!
Also, the Easter pics were totally not boring, your children are so so adorable!
Man, California is pretty…
1. Thanks for the ocean shot. It’s just not a visit to your blog without one.
2. WHAT KIND OF CAMERA? Did you give details? Did I miss them?
3. Ditto on the disappearing food. Where does it all go?
1. Youโre welcome, Cari. I hesitate now to post nature shots hoping it hasnโt become a boring โbeen there, done that.โ
2. I posted details today. It was a Nikon 5100. http://www.revolutionoflove.com/blog/?p=2125
3. I have no idea! Although my littlest (at almost 2 years old) weighs just two pounds less than my 3 ยฝ yr old. Scary. What the heck are they going to be like as teens??
Thanks again for the photography inspiration. You are the cool kid to my nerdy self. ๐
Love the scenery shots, as always. Your new camera is totally worth a happy dance!
And WHAT is up with kids eating all day long?!?! It drives me so nuts. Rebekah’s comment had me completely cracking up, too.
Micaela, Iโm still happy dancing to the amusement of my kids. Now I just have to get the hang of it. As for the kids eating, I have no idea! I tremble at the thought of what they will be like when they are teen boys! Ugh. ๐
Mine have been eating nonstop these days too – yesterday I found they had opened the freezer and gone to town on a bag of frozen peas!
Rosie, they must be going through a growing spurt with all the eating. LOL. But frozen peas? Thatโs funny! At least they are eating healthy. ๐ Thanks for stopping by!
Ooh, I love the bottle of milk left behind with the cookies!! Smart kids to have milk with pilfered cookies. ๐
Cathy, it was the bottle of milk that had me laughing because it told me just which thief stole the cookies. LOL Thanks for stopping by. ๐
Yay for a new camera!! I love all these photos. Your kids look like they are having a blast!! Happy, Happy Easter!!
Thanks, Mary. I have been having such fun with the camera, although I think the family does not share the same level of enthusiasm. LOL. A happy Easter to you too! Thanks for stopping by. ๐
