After Brian and I got married, we agreed not to spend money on store bought cards. Instead we write letters to each other. I have to admit that my favorite part of a special occasion is to receive his sweet letter.

For a long time I’ve been wanting to get a laptop (I’ve only used desk tops) and I had been thinking about getting my first Mac. Well, Brian got a bonus and I had some money saved up (all that money from not buying cards ;-)) so Brian surprised me by saying I could go pick one out for my birthday. HAPPY DANCE. I am loving my new Macbook Air and this is my first post written on one.. 🙂

But of course, my biggest favorite of the week (heck, of my life) is having the privilege of being the mama to these cuties and the wife of this amazing man. There’s no greater gift than that. Blessed be God. (And when I forget and start complaining, feel free to give me a swift kick in the butt. ;-))

#3 & #4 Awesome!! I got an iMac a few years ago and I LOVE IT! But I really miss having a laptop so I sold it to my mom and just ordered a MacBook Air! It’s supposed to come Monday can’t wait for it to get here! I’m super excited for the 12 hours without needing to charge it!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes, Beth Anne. I too love my Mac! It was easier than I thought to make the transition but there are times when I don’t know how to do things that I could on my PC. Any recommendations on a book or online video tutorials to learn? The long battery life is fabulous. I used it for three days before I had to plug in and recharge. Oh and that Snow White cover is too funny and so cute!! 🙂
